  • Collaborated with Product Director and Regional Merchants to develop a long-range product roadmap, aligning intended use, user needs, product requirements, and market positioning to drive growth.

  • Led strategic mapping of brand-enhancing, aspirational products alongside revenue-driving franchises, ensuring a balanced approach to portfolio expansion.

  • Managed multiple re-launches of Men's and Women's Titanium (premium-level) product lines, delivering on brand key initiatives while optimizing volume and margin KPIs.

  • Employ a rigorous, data-driven framework that integrates consumer insights, market trends, and financial metrics to pinpoint high-value opportunities and shape brand direction in the outdoor industry.

  • Present the global product line at seasonal waypoints, providing strategic insights to regional merchants and product leadership.
